Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with Beulie. By purchasing from our website (beulie.com), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
Beulie is operated as a sole trader business based in Bristol, United Kingdom. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are a consumer purchasing for personal, non-commercial use
• You are resident in the United Kingdom
• The personal details you provide are accurate and complete
3. Products
Product descriptions
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colours, dimensions, and materials. However, due to differences in screen settings and the handcrafted nature of jewellery, slight variations may occur. These do not constitute a defect.
Materials and hallmarking
Product listings clearly state the materials used (e.g. gold-filled, sterling silver, semi-precious stones). Where applicable, items are hallmarked in accordance with UK law. Items below the legal exemption threshold weight are not required to be hallmarked; this will be noted where relevant.
Stock availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error is identified on your order, we will contact you before processing payment to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.
5. Placing an Order
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, stock errors, or pricing mistakes. If we decline your order, you will receive a full refund within 5 working days.
6. Payment
We accept payment via the methods available at checkout, including major credit and debit cards and any additional options offered by Shopify Payments. All transactions are processed securely using SSL encryption. We do not store your card details.
Payment is taken at the point of order. Your order will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully processed.
7. Delivery
Delivery areas
We currently ship to UK addresses only (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
Dispatch times
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 3 working days of order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are subject to Royal Mail or courier partner performance. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address being provided. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; additional postage charges may apply.
Risk and title
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment.
8. Returns & Refunds
Your right to cancel (cooling-off period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, please contact us at hello@beulie.com within this period.
You must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.
Return postage
Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and will include the original standard delivery cost. Upgraded delivery charges are non-refundable.
Exceptions
The right to cancel does not apply to:
• Earrings and other pierced jewellery where the hygiene seal has been broken or removed
• Items that have been worn, damaged, or returned without original packaging
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at hello@beulie.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
9. Jewellery Care
To help you enjoy your Beulie pieces for as long as possible, we recommend:
• Removing jewellery before showering, swimming, or exercising
• Avoiding contact with perfume, lotions, and cleaning products
• Storing pieces individually in a soft pouch or jewellery box
Failure to follow care guidelines does not affect your statutory rights in relation to manufacturing defects, but may affect the longevity of gold-filled or plated finishes, which are not covered by our returns policy where wear is due to misuse.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on beulie.com — including product photography, copy, brand assets, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of Beulie and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beulie's liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total value of that order.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from your use of our website or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (for example, in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

We make every effort to ensure our website is available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with others' use of it.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
